My Wife and I started this business August 1st, 2018. We started it to help people. Help you get rid of that stuff you don’t, won’t, or can’t get rid of. We are not here to judge you on what situation you are in. We just want to make things as easy as we can for you. It’s not about how it happened or why you need our service. It’s about Cleaning up that ‘mess’ your in.
No matter the kind of mess it is. Remodel, Animal, Tennent, Hording, or a loved one passing. We are here to make it as easy as possible. We do all of the work and all you need to do is point. You don’t need to help in any way. We also don’t accept any form of payment until you are happy with our work.

We charge by the space we fill and the address of the junk in most cases.
We also give volume discounts automatically. That means the more we load the cheaper per Cubic Yard your price will be.

If you call us, I will ask, How many pickup truck load do you think it would take to get rid of your stuff? We use pickup truck load as a unit of measurement.
You say 1 maybe 2. Well you can not add 1 truckload + 1 truckload to get our 2 truck load price. Our 2 truckload fee will be cheaper than that and our 4 truckload fee will be cheaper than 2 Truckloads + 2 Truckload.

We charge by that space we fill in most cases.
We charge by the pound for Dirt, Rocks, Concrete, Plaster, Shingles, and rotting/outdoor wood and anything else like that.
If we clean up any hazards like a lot of drug needles, bedbugs, and human waste. We add a hazard fee per hour per person. (No fee for places with roaches)
We also charge $10 per tire on top of our normal fees.
Anything outside of Junk Removal we charge by the hour per person used.
Example 1: Your yard is over grown and has trash. By the hour only for the person cutting the grass and the space we fill to get rid of everything.
Example 2: Pullin up nasty carpet. By the hour only for the people pulling the carpet and the space we fill to get rid of it.
Example 3: Cleaning a large area that has scattered trash. That entire job is by the hour per person used.

We supply everything to get the job done. People, Bags, and the Vehicle to get rid of everything.
We do all of the work of Bagging if needed, loading it, and getting rid of it. Even if it is one thing in the back of a closet and covered by things you want to keep.
All you need to do is point!

Credit/debit card, Apple Pay, ACH Bank, PayPal, and Venmo through online email invoice.
In Person Digital Wallets. The cell phone used to pay must support Near Field Communication (NFC) technology and have a digital wallet activated.

Tires are $6 each on top of our normal fee.

We can hold 18 Cubic Yards of stuff when loaded level but average 20 to 22 Cubic yards when loaded.
I consider a pickup truck to be 4 Cubic Yards. So, Our 1 loaded level load can hold 4.5 pickup truck loads of stuff.
Our loaded level space is 16ft x 83in x 53.5 in. That is 18.27 Cubic yards but I call our full load 18.
If it can’t fit we will break it or cut it up to fit.

Awesome!
We can usually clean a 3 bedroom lived in house with a basement in 5 to 8 hours. That is usually 40 to 50 Cubic yards of stuff.

We do have a minimum fee that has to cover fuel (7 mpg Diesel), Landfill fees ($56 minimum to cross scales), and labor (4 person crew). That is usually $100. The further away from Cumberland, MD we get the higher it will be. Our minimum will cover the volume of an average size refrigerator or 1.125 Cubic Yards.
A couch is usually 1.5 Cubic yards.
Keep in mind that we charge by the space we fill and the more we take the less we charge per cubic yard.

Trash what is allowed to be trashed at the landfill. Recycle metal, oils, chemicals, and gases and dry paints to trash them.

In order to provide you with an accurate price estimate, we require the address of the junk location. Please be informed that the provided address is used in our estimate software, which interfaces with Google Maps API for geocode information. Your data is processed through Google Servers for this purpose.
We assure you that neither Google nor You’re Callin’ We’re Hallin’ will store your information beyond the estimate process. Once the estimate software is closed, all entered information is promptly deleted.
If you choose to schedule our services, we will need your best contact phone number and the address of the junk location. This information is stored securely on Google Calendar and is retained for our records unless you request cancellation.
Upon job completion, we will need your email for invoicing. Receipts and invoices are sent via QuickBooks to the provided email and stored on QuickBooks Servers. This information, including your Name, Address, Email, and the scope of work, cannot be deleted due to legal requirements. You are welcome to request a copy at any time, which will be sent to the same email unless specified otherwise.

Our Price In simple terms
No matter what we charge by how much space we fill and the location of the junk so, one item to a full load is ok with us! We also automatically give volume discounts. That means the more we take the more we charge but the less we charge per cubic yard. Example is if you go to Lowes to buy something and on the tag it says contractor discount if you buy x.
We also give free estimates in person or over the phone.
If you have a lot of junk a simple way to put it is that our price is about x1.5 to 2 of what a dumpster’s price is without the extra fees in most cases.

We are about the same price as Waste Management Dumpsters Rentals - Comparing us to their 20 Yard Price
A dumpster price averagely works like … Drop off fee $XXX, x tons of weight is included ,then after $xx per ton passed the included weight. You can have it for x days then $xx pr day after. They do have fees if you over load your dumpster and or put not accepted items in them like tires, paint, oil, and things with freon in them.
That means, if you needed a 10, 12, 14, or 20 cubic yard dumpster to get your job done. We are times 1.5 to 2 the rental fee only in most cases. Was told we are less than a dumpster in Fort Ashby, WV
That times 1.5 to 2 a dumpster price includes us (crew of 4 people) doing all the work of loading, bagging it if needed using our bags, and landfill fees and after job sweeping/raking of any place we got stuff from. We can also take almost anything that a dumpster can’t and can do all of that while getting rid of about 50 cubic yards in 1 day.
A 3 bedroom house with a full basement is on average about 45 cubic yards and on average its contents weighs 8 to 12,000 lbs. / 4 to 6 tons . We can clean out the entire thing in one day!
